List of Hash House Harrier Kennels in Germany
The Berlin Hash House Harriers (BH3) was established in 1979 by Royal Irish Rangers members. They are still going strong to this day and are proud of their shitty trails. It’s a mixed group of all ages and genders. Anyone interested in running, walking and drinking beer is welcome.

The Frankfurt Hash House Harriers (FH3) was established in 1987. The group is primarily active around the Frankfurt Area which also includes Wiesbaden, Mainz and nearby towns and cities. They welcome both locals and expats. They meet weekly, mainly on Sunday during cold months and Thursday evenings in the summer.

Hannover Hash House Harriers is located in Hannover.

Hamburg Hash House Harriers is a drinking club with a running problem. They meet every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month at 2pm. Trails and runs are usually somewhere in Hamburg or the surrounding areas. Fast runners and slow walkers are all welcome.

Sembach Hash House Harriers began in 1999 and continues to be a vibrant and lively chapter. They are based near Kaiserslautern, Germany. Events are usually every other Saturday.

Nuremberg’s Hash House Harriers chapter (NH3). They state that they run at least once a month, although these tend to be irregular intervals. Trails are usually 5-8 km. Runs normally start and end near public transport.

Munich’s Hash House Harriers (MH3) is the hash chapter for the city of Munich and the surrounding areas. They meet every other Saturday at 17:00 (5pm) during Daylight Savings Time (summer) and 15:00 (3pm) in the winter months.

The Stuttgart Hash House Harriers is the hash kennel for the Stuttgart area. They have hashes every Sunday and a no-frills Tuesday hash. They also set trails around full moons and other special events. They welcome everyone and urge you to leave your seriousness at home.
